To help you reach your dream of a college degree, we offer affordable tuition rates and flexible enrollment options. Tuition and fees are set annually by the Board and are effective only for the academic year noted.

The total cost of attendance for the certificate program is $1,620 and the total cost of attendance for a bachelor’s degree is $10,800. The total cost of attendance for the Master of Science is $4,500 and the total cost of attendance for the Master of Business Administration is $5,400. The total cost of attendance for the Doctor of Business Administration is $15,000. Tuition and applicable fees are due and payable at the time of registration and prior to the start of a term.

Financial Aid

We offer several types of financial assistance to help students pay for their studies. We believe you should be able to invest in your future without putting your life on hold. That’s why affordable tuition is a key feature of every ACTECH program.

Scholarships

Our mission is to provide people below the poverty line access to credible education at an affordable cost. There are scholarship opportunities for qualified students based on the country of resident and financial status. ACTECH provides up to 50% scholarship for international students from Sub Saharan African Countries through Cardinal University Foundation Scholarship Program. Low-income U.S. residents are also eligible for up to 50% tuition reduction.

 

ACTECH scholarship program is open to both prospective and currently enrolled students, except otherwise noted. Each scholarship is awarded for the life of the program unless otherwise specified in advance. Therefore, students are no longer required to renew their scholarship application for each term, unless a student lost eligibility for the current award or plans to apply for another one. Students may contact the Financial Aids Office at financing@actech.education for more information about how to apply for the Cardinal University Foundation Scholarship Program.

Payment Plans

A student who cannot pay his or her balance in full before the start of the course may set up a payment plan. At least 20% of the total tuition and fees must be paid at the time of registration. 60% by the end of the 4th week, and 100% by the end of the 8th week.

Withdrawals and Refunds Policy

Courses are based on 16 hours per week. Missing weekly meaningful contact with the instructor two weeks in a row will result in termination from the program. Students are responsible for informing the College in writing that they are withdrawing from a course or the program. A student may notify the College of intent to withdraw via email by contacting financing@actech.education.

 

A student who withdraws prior to the first day of class is entitled to a full refund of tuition and fees, minus the non-refundable 15% administration fee. After the start of class, refunds will be calculated on a class-by-class basis using the time-based refund policy below. ACTECH will refund 100% of the tuition for any classes that never started. The following cancellation and refund policies shall apply:

 

  • Students have five (5) calendar days after signing the enrollment agreement to cancel and/or withdraw to receive a full refund of all payments paid to the institution without the deduction of 15% administration fee.
  • 100% Refund minus 15% admin fee: Less than or equal to 10% of coursework or less than or equal to 1 calendar week from the course start date, whichever comes first.
  • 75% Refund minus 15% admin fee: Less than or equal to 20% of coursework or less than or equal to 2 calendar weeks from the course start date, whichever comes first.
  • 50% Refund minus 15% admin fee: Less than or equal to 25% of coursework or less than or equal to 3 calendar weeks from the course start date, whichever comes first.
  • 0%: Students withdrawing after the completion of 25% of the coursework or after three calendar weeks from the course start date are ineligible to receive a refund.
  • Refunds will be paid within 45 days of the date of withdrawal of the student from the institution

Outstanding Balances

A student with an overdue balance will not be permitted to receive official transcripts and/or degree conferral. As noted above, a student with an overdue balance also will not be permitted to enroll in a new course. ACTECH has the right to deny any request for services for those students who carry an outstanding balance. Any services or items withheld shall be released when the student satisfactorily meets his/her financial obligation or has cleared his/her indebtedness.
